Approximate WhatsApp display of the Readable list example.
The table uses Readable list: each row becomes labeled lines. Choose Monospace table or Keep Markdown in the editor to use another format.
What changes and what stays
Simple headings, emphasis and plain-label web links are converted. Lists, quotes and code are converted or kept as WhatsApp already reads them. Tables use the format you choose. Tables that cannot be reformatted safely, images, HTML, complex nested formatting and ambiguous marks stay visible for review. WhatsApp clients can display formatting differently, so check the pasted message before sending.

Questions about WhatsApp formatting
- How are tables converted?
- Choose Readable list for labeled rows, Monospace table for spaced columns, or Keep Markdown to leave the table text unchanged. Monospace alignment can vary in WhatsApp. Inconsistent or oversized tables stay as Markdown for review.
- Will links survive?
- For simple http or https links with plain labels, the result includes both label and URL. Other links stay as typed for review.
- How do I make text bold and italic?
- Use three asterisks on each side in Markdown: ***text***. This tool converts it to *_text_* and previews both styles. Check it in WhatsApp before sending.
- Can I convert Hebrew or Arabic text?
- Yes. Hebrew, Arabic and emoji pass through unchanged, including inside bold or italic. Lines mixing scripts can display differently between WhatsApp apps.
- Does this send a message to WhatsApp?
- No. Copy the result, paste it into WhatsApp, check how it looks, and send it yourself.
